Pilot Plants provide valuable information and drying experience which is especially important when a new product or a new plant is being considered. This process allows intensive investigation into the technology associated with a new product before investing in a full scale industrial dryer installation. Pilot Plants are also ideal for small scale production runs and Techni Process will advise as to the best options once we have the production level expectations available from the client.

Some products which are especially sticky, hygroscopic or very sensitive to heat and hard to handle and therefore require MPD (Multi Phase Dryer) Systems which are classed as industrial grade Spray Dryers.

Product Testing can be carried out by Techni Process or we can supply the equipment for your research team to test themselves onsite or at a suitable location.
